We suggest that you do moderate strength physical activity and cardio eight days after your surgery. We recommend that for sports involving physical contact you wait two months, counted from the completion of the surgical procedure.
We suggest waiting one month after surgery before engaging in recreational activities such as swimming, and be sure to protect your eyes with UV-protective sunglasses.
To make up your eyes again, we recommend that you do it two weeks after the surgery.
